It was a random Facebook post that led me to Metabolic Research Center and the weight loss program that would change my life! Before I started this program, I had been feeling pretty exhausted most of the time; even simple things like tying my shoes seemed to deplete me! I won’t lie, I was hesitant to start at first because of the many unsuccessful programs I'd tried before. But I really wanted to lose weight. So, I went in for the consultation. Initially, I did think the cost was high, but I couldn’t let go of the thought that my health and well-being was well-worth it!
My coaches were the best part of this program. The amazing support I received in my weekly meetings in person with them kept me accountable to my goals. I learned along the way that I had to be in charge of my own motivation! If I wanted to succeed, then that was up to me! I absolutely loved celebrating each and every milestone every 10 pounds I lost, each motivating me onto the next. Let me tell you, ongoing success feels great! There’s no denying that the changes I saw in my body were because I was eating healthy. My commitment to me was taking me right to the success I always knew I deserved.
Now here I am - 83 pounds lighter. It might sound silly, but tying my shoes is a cinch, and I’m so grateful for it. Better than that, I just celebrated by birthday and went snowmobiling - something I never imagined myself doing before I lost the weight. I feel better, I feel younger, I feel like me! I’m no longer exhausted. I used to be so camera shy, but not any more either because I love the way I look! Thanks to the amazing support I received throughout my weight loss program, I’m more confident than ever that I’ll be able to maintain this weight through the weight maintenance program.
This program really works. You’ll see! I’ll leave you with this piece of advice: be your own motivator, and don’t ever give up!
