My cousin introduced me to Metabolic Research Center. I’d been carrying excess weight for too long and it had become the cause of high cholesterol, low energy, and a desire to stay in bed most of the day! In addition to all of that, I had a super busy schedule which made eating healthy a seemingly insurmountable challenge! I hesitated to get started at first only because I didn’t believe this program would be the long term solution I needed. In the end, needing to get healthy trumped all my excuses; I decided to give it a try, and I got started!

I couldn’t believe how easy it was to follow my menu and was surprised at how much the natuaral supplements worked! The accountability of my weekly weigh ins had a profound impact for me. No matter the amount of weight I lost, I left my weigh in being motivated to stay on track and ready to move on to the next positive change that was sure to come! Having now lost 32 pounds, I've found that I'm more energetic, I have a positive attitude, I am more content, and I no longer feel remorse over what I can or cannot eat. Because the fact is that I’m choosing to eat healthier now. Food is MY choice! I now know that sustaining my weight and health is absolutely doable and entirely in my control. The scheduled weigh-ins and food tracking have kept me on track for the last 4.5 months and I have lost 44.5 pounds to date.
