Rachel's Story

My journey with MRC began when I saw a Facebook post that really piqued my interest. At theh time that I saw it, I knew these things to be true: I needed to get healthy for myself, my husband, and my children, but I simply just didn’t know how. I used to love to shop for clothes but it wasn’t fun anymore. I wasn't feeling good about myself and I certainly wasn't feeling good about the look or fit of anything that I put on my body. I felt so hopeless. I’d lost weight many times before but giving up the junk food that I loved so much didn’t seem worth it since I’d just gain the weight back. But now, the weight was affecting my self-esteem, so I knew it was time to do something before I completely lost myself - and that "something" that I did was MRC.
I started my menu and it seemed almost instantaneous that I began losing weight and clothes sizes! And I wasn’t starving! MRC taught me what “a portion” was and how to make balanced meals. I had no idea that it was possible to feel so full and completely satisfied while losing weight! Today, I am healthier! I have more energy! And most importantly, I feel so much better about myself. Clothes shopping is fun again, I have clearer skin, I’m happier, I have less joint pain, I’m sleeping better, and my libido alive and well, too! I lost 71 pounds and 84 inches in just 8 months, and I'm ecstatic!
If you need help and are seeking a safe weight loss program, call MRC. I had my moments throughout my program, and all days weren't good days, but I stuck with it...and look at me now! Just remember to be patient with yourself while you lose. The weight loss starts out fast, and it's so motivating, but don't let it be de-motivating when the loss slows down a little bit. You're still losing weight, and let that continue to motivate you!
