Peaches and cream smoothie! Decadent, rich, almost like ice cream, but nothing like it at all. MRC's Vanilla Ready To Drink tastes just like melted vanilla ice cream and when blended with frozen fruit you have the perfect smoothie. Each drink contains 15 grams of protein, which help to fight off hunger, stabilize blood sugar, and reduce cravings. If you are prone to an afternoon or evening sweet tooth, this smoothie will certainly satisfy.

Start with a cold Vanilla Ready To Drink and Frozen Fruit, it's that frosty cold that helps this smoothie feel like a milkshake. Any frozen fruit will work, we love pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

Directions:

1 MRC Vanilla Ready Made, chilled
1 serving fruit, frozen
1/2 cup ice

Place in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.

I have been going to the clinic since October so far I've lost 25 pounds and took off 54 inches. I had to drop out for two months to recover from back surgery. It's fun, easy worth every penny I have spent to look and feel better.
