We've paired frozen pineapple with our Orange HNS protein drink here, but any frozen fruit would be great. Strawberries, blueberries, and peaches are super yummy options. You can mix your smoothie with water, flavored water, zero calorie drinks, or even 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Orange HNS
  • 1/2 C. pineapple, frozen
  • 1/2 C. ice, crushed
  • 8 oz water or other zero calorie beverage*

Add all ingredients to smoothie machine or blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!

Makes one serving | Replaces: 1 HNS, 1 carbohydrate serving |*if using 8 oz. unsweetened almond milk, only consume 1/2 smoothie. New replacement is 1/2 HNS and 1 carbohydrate. OR only use 1/4 C. frozen fruit mixed with 4 oz. unsweetened almond milk + 4 oz. water to consume entire smoothie in one serving.

This Program is the first successful weight loss program I have been a part of.
