
Holiday Coffee Creamers
Nothing is better than a hot cup of coffee with a splash of your favorite creamer. During the holidays there are an endless number of flavors options including; peppermint, cocoa, and gingerbread. To keep your holiday cravings in check we've created three great coffee creamers that you can make ahead and use for the week!
These creamers use unsweetened almond milk. Store your flavored creamer in a mason jar or air tight container and add a splash to your coffee each day. If you are using just a splash you don't need to count it toward your menu.
Eggnog Creamer:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Rum extract
- 2 packets stevia
Put all ingredients in a shaker cup and mix well.
Gingerbread Creamer:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbs Sugar Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 packets stevia
Put all ingredients in a shaker cup and mix well.
Peppermint Mocha Creamer:
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 1/2 TBSP Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract
- 2 packets stevia
Put all ingredients in a shaker cup and mix well.
For clients on our Meat Lovers Delight Menu, the Almond Milk can be used after Day 15. You could also use 5 TBSP Half and Half, this would make 5 servings of a more concentrated creamer.
