Best Protein Packed Smoothies

As summer approaches and the thermometer rises; nothing compares to a cool, refreshing and delicious smoothie awaiting you at breakfast, lunch, or even dinner!  Nutrient packed berries will fuel you, the ice blended shake will cool you, and the 15 grams of protein will pull you ever closer to your goal of eating light and staying healthy! You make a smoothie, and lunch is done because you’re a superhero! You’ve placed it in the freezer while you ready yourself for the day.  Then, you grab it as you hit the door running and pop it into the fridge at work (or leave it in your cooler)! Then at the precise moment that hunger strikes, your smoothie has thawed to creamy perfection!   All you have to do now is... take that first sip and say, “Ahhhh!”

Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. Vanilla Crème Pudding High Nutrient Supplement
  • 6 oz. lemon-lime diet soda or Crystal Light
  • ½ c. blueberries
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions:

Mix ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour in chilled glass.

Servings: 1

Replaces: 1 Carb, 1 Creamy High Nutrient Supplement, and 6 oz. of soda

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. Vanilla Crème Pudding High Nutrient Supplement
  • 3/4 c. strawberries
  • 6 oz. strawberry diet soda (any brand)
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp. strawberry flavoring

Instructions:

Mix ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour in chilled glass.

 

Servings: 1

Replaces: 1 fruit, 1 Creamy High Nutrient Supplement, and 6 oz. diet soda

Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. Vanilla Crème Pudding High Nutrient Supplement
  • ½ c. water or lemon-lime diet soda
  • 1 cup watermelon
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions:

Mix ingredients in blender until smooth.

Pour in chilled glass.

 

Servings: 1
