Homemade Italian Dijon Dressing
Homemade salad dressing is surprisingly simple to make, allows you to control the flavors, and frankly, it just tastes so much better than the store-bought varieties. Your MRC Cookbook has an entire chapter devoted to dressings and salsas so be sure to check it out!
We were craving a tangy salad dressing today, so the MRC Kitchen has whipped up this Italian Dijon Dressing. For those who prefer a little more sweetness, you can add a packet of no-calorie sweetener until you hit that right balance for your taste buds!
Note: we used dried herbs in our recipe, but you can substitute with chopped fresh herbs, too!
