We’ve blended peaches & strawberries with our Vanilla Crème Pudding protein and our Peach Mango protein powder to create a healthy take on the classic “Peaches and Silk” flavor. This smoothie is non-fat, low-carb and packed with 30 grams of protein!  You can enjoy it as a full meal replacement to start your morning! Want it for lunch or dinner? That’s no problem, have a side salad to incorporate your vegetable serving and your all set!

For this recipe, we recommend that you use frozen peaches & frozen strawberries. You can buy them at your local grocery store already bagged up or you can freeze your own fresh fruit! The reason behind using frozen fruit is that it really adds to the texture of the shake to thicken it up. Even though this is a peach centered smoothie, we added in the strawberries to balance the sweetness of the peaches to give it an all-around satisfying taste with each sip!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2.5 oz. Frozen Peaches
  • 3 oz. Frozen strawberries
  • 1 pkg Vanilla Crème Pudding powder
  • 1 pkg Peach Mango protein powder
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 6 oz water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth and enjoy!

Special tip: It is best served in a chilled glass! Place your desired cup in the freezer ahead of time and keep your smoothie cold to the last drop!

Servings- 1

Replaces- 2 HNS and 1 Fruit serving
