Fruity Dip

Not traditionally keen on cottage cheese? Don't let that stop you from giving this one a try! We've got a lot of great (sugar-free!) flavors blended in that takes this traditionally chunky dairy protein and smooths it out into something delicious (and highly nutritious)! This fruity dip has so many different uses! Use as a dip for melba toast or cut fruit at lunch. Or just enjoy all on its own for a protein packed breakfast!



  • 12 oz. low-fat cottage cheese (1%)
  • 1 pkg. Vanilla Creme Pudding Supplement
  • 2 pkgs. zero calorie sweetener
  • 1 tsp. vanilla, almond, orange & pineapple extracts
  • 3 oz. water 


Mix all ingredients in blender on medium speed and enjoy!


Makes 3 servings. Serving size: 1/3 dip. Replaces: 1 protein, 1/3 creamy HNS.
