Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark
Strawberry Chocolate Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark. You read that right, and if you’re saying it out loud - we know it’s a mouthful to say...but we promise it’s a DELICIOUS mouthful to eat! Coach Tamara is back in the kitchen; and as usual, she does NOT disappoint with this one! This recipe is the perfect solution for a sweet tooth (without completely overdoing the sweet factor). Be advised, you will need to prep this one ahead of time - it takes about two hours to set. But it’s prep work that is super simple and can be done in the morning before heading out of the house or in the evening just before bed.
Our recipe makes a complete breakfast. But, if you want to be a little “naughty” and have dessert for lunch or dinner, you can just as easily make a complete meal out of either! MRC clients following program, just add a serving of vegetables. Our favorites are a crisp, cold side salad or a double serving of MRC Super Fruit & Veggi.
The optional ingredients truly are just that. We love this recipe with them, but we also enjoy this recipe just as much without them. You could swap out the maple extract for another extract of your preference (vanilla, almond, etc.). And while we think that strawberries and chocolate are a match made in heaven, you can absolutely swap out the strawberries for a different fruit (blueberries, raspberries, pineapple, and more!). Make it your own, and enjoy!
