Curry Kabobs

  • 4 oz. cubed chicken breasts
  • 4 oz. pineapple chunks
  • 8 oz. green and red peppers
  • Yellow curry powder, to taste
  • 1 TBSP. olive oil

Instructions:

  1. If using wooden skewers soak in water overnight.
  2. Thread skewers with chicken, peppers and pineapple.
  3. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with curry powder.
  4. Place in baking dish, cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 20 minutes, or cook on grill.
