- 2 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. fresh, whole mushrooms
- 1 pkg. MRC chicken bouillon supplement, dry
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Clean mushrooms and separate stems.
- Chop stems and mix with shredded cheese.
- Place mixture in caps and sprinkle with dry chicken bouillon and add a few drops of water.
- Spray lightly with Butter Flavor Cooking Spray and bake 5-10 minutes.
