- 2 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. fresh, whole mushrooms
- 1 pkg. MRC chicken bouillon supplement, dry
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Clean mushrooms and separate stems. Chop stems and mix with shredded cheese. Place mixture in caps and sprinkle with dry chicken bouillon and add a few drops of water. Spray lightly with Butter Flavor Cooking Spray and bake 5-10 minutes.
Replaces: 8 oz. vegetables, 1 clear HNS, 1 protein
