Cheesy Mushrooms

Cheesy MushroomsIngredients:

  • 2 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. fresh, whole mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. MRC chicken bouillon supplement, dry

Preparation:


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Clean mushrooms and separate stems. Chop stems and mix with shredded cheese. Place mixture in caps and sprinkle with dry chicken bouillon and add a few drops of water. Spray lightly with Butter Flavor Cooking Spray and bake 5-10 minutes.

Servings: 1

Replaces: 8 oz. vegetables, 1 clear HNS, 1 protein
