
Chocolate Strawberry Mousse
Ingredients:
- 4-6 oz low-fat cottage cheese
- Sliced strawberries
- 1 packet MRC Double Chocolate Pudding protein powder HNS
- 1/4 cup water (more if needed to reach desired consistency)
- 1 package unflavored gelatin (optional)
For a smooth whip or mousse, we suggest blending, but blending is not required. Place all ingredients except strawberries in blender or food processor and blend until smooth, add water as needed to reach desired smoothness. Gelatin will make the mousse a thicker texture with a consistency similar to cheesecake. Top with 1 serving sliced strawberries (or raspberries).
