Chocolate Peppermint Meal Replacement Shake

Use them once, or even twice a day when you’re on the go. Whether you’re on a weight loss program or simply making smart choices, our shakes are the perfect choice. Even if just to pump up your protein with 35 grams per shake, go for it; you’ll feel wonderful and satiated for hours!

While sipping your shake ponder this; scientific studies suggest that the natural compounds in Peppermint extracts (and peppermint oil) may benefit your health in several ways. To name a few; it may improve digestion, freshen your breath and improve concentration. This particular mint has antibacterial properties and may improve allergy symptoms, headaches and clogged airways. Raise your glasses and let’s drink to that!


  • 1 1-1/2 cups crushed ice
  • 8-10 oz water
  • 1 pkt MRC Chocolate Very High Protein Meal Replacement Shake
  • 1/8 tsp Peppermint Extract


Place all ingredients in blender. Blend and enjoy!

  • Try 8oz water first, then add more for desired consistency. If you add more water, add more ice.
  • For an even chocolatier taste, try a calorie-free chocolate flavored soda
  • Add fat option: Add 2 oz of avocado
  • Add veggies option: Add 4 oz raw spinach to blender and eat the other 4 oz on the side or as a salad.

MRC of Vancouver started me going in my attempt to loose 30 years of weight gain!! I have been using their program for about 18 months and have actually lost 30 pounds. I have changed the way I eat.
