
Cottage Cheese Toast

INGREDIENTS
- 1 slice low calorie bread, toasted
- 4-6 oz. low-fat cottage cheese*
- Salt, pepper, and seasonings to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Toast bread in toaster, oven, or toaster oven to desired toasty-ness. Pile the cottage cheese on top and flatten slightly. Finish with any additional toppings, spices, and seasonings that you like!
