I joined MRC in August of this year. I had tried every diet imaginable, but to no avail, the weight just wouldn’t come off! I was fed up. So, as a last chance effort to myself, I saw this ad for Metabolic Research Centers and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did! Everyone at the Tyler office is so helpful and guide’s you every step of the way! They are always just a phone call or text away with any questions you have and are so knowledgeable in what they do! Because believe it or not, they get just as excited as you do when they see the weight come off!! They are more than just weight loss counselors, they truly care about you and your success!! The recipes are always wonderful too, and that’s a plus! They make things fun and exciting instead of dull and boring! You actually stay full and have a ton of energy! I could go on and on about this place, but, all I can say is if you truly want to loose weight and succeed at it, then give MRC a try! They are by far the best I’ve tried and I'll continue to stay with them in my weight loss journey!! I went to my appointment yesterday (2/19/24) and Katherine was telling me that I should try the taco casserole, so, I made it last night. It was Amazing!!! Thank you MRC, for all your fantastic recipes that I can eat on this Wonderful plan!!

Most helpful people and great people that help with your weight loss. I went through a rough time with being overweight and was always depressed and unhappy. Since I took that journey to loose weight I am feeling more confident about myself and feeling much better, have much more energy as well and I am so glad that I took that journey. It has been so good with the help of the ladies at this Metabolic center and they are with you the whole journey. They've supported me from the beginning and all the way through.
