I truly cannot say enough about MRC team! This program really helped me focus on proper nutrition and eating habits. The meal plan allows me to eat "real" food, and the portions on my meal plan make me feel full. Beyond the meal plans, the greatest part of MRC is the team members! They are supportive, encouraging, and are truly invested in their clients. The accountability and feedback they provide is by far the best and most important part of the MRC program.
