Let me tell you about Metabolic Research Center. They have been my angels in disguise. Without them I don’t know if I would be where I am. As of today, I've lost 81 pounds on my weight loss journey with them. I signed up with my coach, Jamie in June 2024 and I was 277 and today I am down to 196.2 and let me tell you my life has changed so much that there’s not a way that I can show them my appreciation on how they’re helping me get my life back on track. I am officially down to pre-pregnancy weight and I am still losing. I’ve changed my goal to get down to 180. I know I can do it with my coach, Jamie and everybody at Metabolic Research Center, Colorado Springs. Absolutely everybody is fantastic.
