My weight loss journey has been a wonderful experience. Thank you to Emily and Marta. I have lost 65 pounds and have kept it off for 6 months. I have always been a yo-yo dieter. I can lose the weight but cannot keep it off. The maintenance program has been great for me. Thanks again.
