I came to MRC after struggling with binge eating disorder for most of my life. After many years of back and forth yo-yo dieting, I knew it was time for a change. I tried many times on my own, but could never sustain healthy lifestyle changes. Defeated, I decided to come in and meet with Jess at MRC. My hope was immediately restored! I have been in a consistent weight loss for months now. But it is not just about the weight loss. It was about changing my habits. Changing my lifestyle. And healing my eating disorder. Jess has helped me achieve all the above. I have been able to live without the obsession of food controlling my life. I am a new person, and confident that I will be able to sustain a healthy lifestyle. I also know that if I ever struggle, I will always have their support. With their help, I am able to have a relationship with food where I can eat to live, rather than live to eat. Thank you so much MRC for bringing my confidence back and making me feel life again.
