I would most definitely recommend MRC of Cañon City! I completed their program many years ago after having my kids, and I reached my goal weight. I maintained for a long time, BUT bad habits are easy to fall back into. Their program works, and I love all the reps there too (phenomenal customer service). I returned to program this year 2025 to get back on track and back into better eating habits again, and to get those extra pounds off.
