  • Make it Happen - The nature of your thoughts determines the quality with which you lead your life. Pessimistic thinking creates inertia and forces you to avoid taking risks by relying on a faulty fixed mindset.
  • Become an Overachiever - Change is inevitable, but simply talking about it will not help you manage your mental hurdles. Use your time to work on your own development and learn to embrace change in a positive way.
  • Personal Growth is Self Paced - You should have two goals in life. The first goal is to get what you want. The second goal is to take time and enjoy the fruits of your efforts.
  • Invest in a Winning Mindset - To get your mind ready to approach your life differently, start by changing your mindsets for the better.

If your goal is to make a major change in your life, it is easy to focus on all the external stuff. Moreover, making a permanent change in your life starts with changing the way you see everything internally. Simply stating that you want to break or change a habit does nothing to make it happen. To adopt a new habit, you first have to unlearn the old one and replace it with a new behavior. It is easy to falsely believe that people around you are going to be supportive of your decision to make a major change in your life. Instead, accept the fact that no one cares, then cherish the fact that no one cares.
