Teriyaki Chicken Bites
Teriyaki Chicken Bites - delicious, yet so easy and simple to make! We use G Hughes Teriyaki sauce because it is low carb and low calorie while still being full of flavor. These bites are perfect simply as they are or perhaps arranged on a platter with toothpicks as an appetizer at your next party. They also go great wrapped in a lettuce leaf wrap, atop a salad, or served over a side of brown rice or cauliflower rice!Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp ginger
- 6 TBSP G Hughes Teriyaki Marinade, divided
- To taste: Everything Bagel seasoning
Instructions:
- Cut chicken even bite-sized pieces. Combine 4 TBSP teriyaki marinade and ginger in a bowl and toss with chicken. Let marinade for at least 10 minutes (preferably a few hours).
- Air Fryer cooking option:Arrange marinated bites in a single layer in the basket of an air fryer at 400 degrees F for about 10 minutes, until cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 165 degrees F). Stove top option: saute on stove top for 10-12 minutes over medium heat, using a lid to keep the moisture in and the sauce "wet"
- Toss cooked bites with remaining Teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning. Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
