I can’t say enough good things about this program. When I first started and went for my first visit I was scared, embarrassed, unhealthy, and honestly felt like this was another thing I’ll probably quit after a month of no results. Then I met Angie and her team. To say it’s been life changing is an understatement! These caring women have encouraged me, supported me, and celebrated all my successes. They believed I could do it when I didn’t believe I could do it. I’m eternally grateful for this place and Angie! if you’re on the fence about starting, do it!

Ari and MRC changed my life. I came in depressed and overweight after being a stressed out nurse and losing my mom and cat to cancer. On the first day I came in, she made sure I felt taken care of and going forward she was like a good friend and coach holding my hand through this journey. Absolutely love going to Metabolic Research in Daytona Beach. The ladies there are so nice, they really care about your well-being. When I first walked into Metabolic Research Center-Mandarin I was extremely overweight. I was tired. I was depleted. When I left, that same day, I was excited! Jamie took the time to get to know me and help come up with a plan I knew I could stick to this time… and stick to it I did! 10 months later and down 90lbs… 85.5 inches gone off my body! I am so thankful for all the support, love and encouragement from all the ladies at MRC! They cheered me on and picked me up when I’d hit a road block. The best part- they always had solutions to help me move along with my weight loss journey! They truly are the best!

Metabolic Research Center is great at helping people lose weight. They have so many tools and tailor a plan to each persons needs. They start with educating clients and then make a plan with you. The check ins and extra encouragement are nice for every little bit of progress you make. After completing many other programs without losing fat, this one is breaking my Hashimotos Hypothyroid weight loss plateau for the first time. I’ve lost 12lbs so far and plan to lose around 20. They are great!
