With the help of my wonderful coach Stacey I have lost 25 lbs, got motivated to establish a good exercise routine (which has me feeling great) and I'm also way more conscious about what I'm putting in my mouth. Going in to see my coach has made all the difference in my weight loss journey! Every time I think about my weigh-in coming up it helps me not to indulge. My husband and I decided to take our weight loss seriously, so I searched around until I found MRC. I knew we couldn't do it without a coach that would help us with the right type of diet that would fit our busy lifestyle. We had very bad eating habits. We have 3 kids and meal prep has been a challenge in the past. With MRC we do not have FOMO. The meal preps are reasonable and the snacks you can buy at your weekly check in are pretty yummy! I am not someone who eats breakfast, so the healthy drinks MRC offers as a meal replacement works. It’s a lifestyle change not a diet, and we are making great progress with Bonnie. The support is what we needed and we are very pleased with MRC!

I could not be happier with my experience! Staff is great and very knowledgeable. I have been using the GAC injection for 3 weeks, I am also working out. In 3 weeks I have seen body fat % down 2.5 % , muscle mass up 1.7 lbs and body fat mass down almost 3 lbs. great results and will continue to use this ! It works, energy is up as well. MRC is worth investment in yourself. Lost 11 lbs since October, a few more to go to reach my goal and over 19 inches lost!
