Two years ago I had gotten to the heaviest I've ever been at 286. I was pre-diabetic and had high blood pressure. I tried numerous diets and only lost 16lbs, was stuck at 270 and thought that I was never going to lose weight and was still pre diabetic and almost in the high blood pressure range. In January 2024 I met Jess at MRC in Eugene and here I am looking forward to my weigh in on Monday and we're going to celebrate 30 pounds lost. I'm no longer pre diabetic and have normal blood pressure. I never thought I would be under 250lbs and here I am at 240lbs! #feeling great!
