I gained a lot of weight 5 years ago. I'll blame COVID and multiple surgeries. Since then, every attempt to lose the weight has failed. My feet and knees hurt at the end of the day and after losing just 20 pounds they don't hurt anymore! Everyone at the Pueblo MRC facility is knowledgeable and encouraging. I mostly have contact with Ashley and Katlynn, they've helped me with strategies that got me through tough times! ALL of the coaches there have helped me, I'm so very grateful!

I began my weight loss journey close to 2 years ago now. I took advantage of the great medical programs MRC offer like Tirzepatide. In about 8 months I lost 45lbs. I am totally off my diabetes medications as I went from an A1C of 8.6 to a 5.3! I have long since hit my goal weight and went from a size 18 to a size 6 jeans. I have been on Maintenance for a year and 1/2. The great coaches have been a big part of my success as well. I am a senior and trust me I have tried every program out there over the years. I have never felt so good and have never had so much energy before. I can't recommend MRC enough. It is and will be a permanent part of my life.
