Last year I was in a semi truck accident and put on a lot of weight due to resulting neck and back surgeries. I wasn't able to go to the gym, nor could I get around like I use to I pretty much laid around all day. About a year later when I started to feel better. I Googled "weight loss clinics near me" and Metabolic Research Center was one of the first ones to come up. It is the best decision that I could’ve ever made. I started my weight loss journey on June 19 of this year at that time I weighed 207. About a month later, I’m down to 188 and I have lost 14 inches in total! I was skeptical at first but Ms Juanita and Ms Nancy helped me get over that and they motivated me along my journey and cheered me on. They told me the helpful things to do.

I started my weight loss journey this past February. After I met Juanita, I knew I was in the right place. We clicked right away. It is an easy program to follow. Juanita and Nancy have always been so encouraging. I had shared with Juanita in the beginning that my daughter was getting married this coming September. I have always been nervous when getting weighed every week. I have never gained weight in any weigh in. Although, this weight loss adventure started because of my daughter's wedding, I realized that this would be a healthy way of life. Juanita and Nancy always asked how I was doing with the new way of eating and offered suggestions. I feel blessed that I found Metabolic Research Center. I have lost 36 pounds so far with only 8 more pounds to go!! And aside from the weight loss, I have made 2 incredible friends along the way.

I love MRC because of the support. It is judgment-free and the ladies KNOW exactly what I need to do when I tell them what is going on with me. They encourage me when I am feeling less motivated. And the protein drinks are soooo good. I don't know about you, but I cant force myself to eat or drink nasty things. I just would never get used to it. Thankfully I have found my favorites and I am hooked! The supplements also help me a great deal! I can see a huge difference in my skin, how I feel, and I'm in less pain than before I started. I love MRC, and I love the ladies!

The ladies at MRC are absolutely fantastic! They are helping me reach my goals of a healthy me! So far, 28 pounds and 47 1/2 inches gone! GONE! I’m T2 diabetic, and everything in the program has been helping me get my A1C numbers down, (currently at 6.0) and towards my main goal of Remission (5.5)! It’s possible & I’m just about there!
