The ladies at the Eugene Center are very knowledgeable. Jess is a Rockstar! Knowing they've been through the weightloss battle and are familiar with the struggles is something you don't always find at other places. I'm down 40lbs! In less than a year!

My advice is to never give up! There will always be ups & downs however; that’s life. The staff here are amazing! The program works if you work it. I’ve been working this program for 5 years - for the most part I’ve maintained my initial 30 pound loss. Sometimes it’s a struggle - then I just get back on track. Most of all I don’t give up and weighing in once a week keeps you from slipping too much. The ladies there are amazing and they will be your biggest fans! What are you waiting for? Still maintaining!

When I first went in I was completely depressed and ready to give up. I’d been struggling with my weight for 15years due to thyroid issues. The ladies at MRC Greeley are so amazing, the one-on-one coaching is awesome and truly helps when you’re having an off week.
