I’ve been working this program for 5 years - for the most part I’ve maintained my initial 30 pound loss. Sometimes it’s a struggle - then I just get back on track. I was trying hard to lose weight for years and was ready to give up when I came across Metabolic Research Center on San Jose Ave. The ladies working there, Vidya, Angie, and Jamie, all lost weight on this program and are living proof that it works. I had been so frustrated with myself...and frustrated every time I'd tried and failed to lose weight consistently. This program makes losing weight a part of life, and I don't feel like I'm giving anything up. Only gaining confidence...and my old closet of clothes back! Friendliest human beings ever and very encouraging in a non-cringey way. I've lost around 10lbs in the first week, then fell off for about 10 days due to traveling for a funeral and then once they got me back on track I lost another 4 pounds. This has been without working out! I mean I've walked a few times here and there not much and maybe did a more intense cardio once or twice but have been pretty inactive overall. So I started September 28th and I'm writing this on October 27th if that helps anybody. If I do EXACTLY what they say then I get insane results. Thank you guys for the help so far! Looking forward to continuing!

I love Marta! She’s a great coach. She doesn’t judge, she isn’t condescending, she is real and will be honest with you. The only kicker is that it’s a bit pricey but it’s worth it. I finally have hope and believe in myself this time. At first I was skeptical about this place. But I couldn’t find Wegovy/Ozempic at any of my local pharmacies. So that was the first major selling point for me. They not only have it, but cheaper, as well as all the tools needed to lose weight and keep it off! I’ve already lost almost 15 pounds in the first month! It’s super easy to follow the program in my opinion. They have delicious recipes, powders, wafers, an easy to understand program, support, accountability, and everything! I mean you name it they got it! Thank you so much.
