I finally found a program that works for me! I have lost over 90 pounds and I feel so much better. I have more energy and feel much healthier. The counselors really care. Update: Still going strong March 1st 2024! I love feeling great. Healthy and strong. My counselor Jean is a great cheerleader! Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. I'm so grateful. I called them and started finally taking care of myself. July 5th and I'm celebrating being healthy! I'm making progress still! So excited to be feeling much better after dropping 110 pounds! So glad I called and they have helped me on this journey. Still going strong! I cannot recommend this place enough. I'm down to the weight I was when I met my husband 26 years ago! I can wear the dress I wore on our first date! Black Friday 2025! Still going strong and still highly recommend Metabolic Research Center! Great specials going on today! Check them out! I'm down to the size I was in college!

I was very skeptical about MRC because I have tried so many other weight loss plans and they haven't worked. Being in my mid 50's and going through menopause has been horrific. I must say that so far, I'm super excited because I've lost 10 lbs in 10 wks and have more energy than before! Can't wait to see what drops off in the next 10 weeks.

I have always struggled with my weight. I thought I'd give MRC a try. It is an easy program to follow and I am never hungry. My weight loss has been slow due to "life"; travel, illness etc. Food has always been my "comfort ", so I have sabotaged myself multiple times. Each time it happens, the counselor, Tracie, has been an ally. She has supported me by advising, finding menus and recipes for me to try, and sometimes just listening as I express my frustration with myself. At times I've thought about quitting, but Tracie will not consider it. She has gently steered me back on plan and given me much needed encouragement. I'm convinced that I will meet my goals with the help of MRC and the amazing Tracie.

I met Tracey and she helped me step by step from 172 pounds and size 16-18 to a year later 128 pounds and a size 8-10. She’s helped me do the hardest part, too, keeping it off for over 7 months. I could never have done it without Tracey’s professional help and friendship:)

I saw a negative review about Tracie and MRC on this review page. I was astonished about what she wrote. I have always been treated fairly, friendly, and professionally by Tracie. I have been with them for over a year. I've lost 70lbs. (Working on more.) Every time I gain weight, Tracie asks me if I want to do anything different or will just and listen to me. She never judges me. Sometimes we go back to her office. Sometimes we just visit in the scale room. I don't always buy supplies and She never pushes me to do so. She is always there to boost my morale no matter what. I love her and MRC. I can honestly say I would be lost without Tracie.

Walked us through each step and has been there for the ups and downs. I am so happy I found this place! This is by far the easiest program I have ever been on. I'm never hungry and I keep losing weight. Tracy is so helpful and easy to talk to and if you feel like you are slipping or anything like that, she is there to help get you back on track with tips, tricks or other suggestions. I have always had a problem with my weight! I was seriously considering bariatric surgery a year ago but truly didn't want to go through it. There had to be some other way to lose the weight. Then a friend suggested MRC and I am so glad she did!! The journey has been easier than I thought and I am able to eat real food. The program allowed me to eat what my husband was eating (with a few minor adjustments) instead of some over-priced single-serve prepackaged meals. The staff are awesome as they encourage and support each and every one of their clients. If you do what they tell you and follow the plan, you can't help but lose weight! I am nearing my goal weight and look forward to going off of insulin in January as directed by my endocrinologist!!! I am healthier, I feel great and love to get the compliments from family and friends! Thank you MRC for helping me to change my life!
