I have more energy than I’ve had in a long time, my sleep is significantly improved and the inflammation is next to none. The Metabolic Center is honestly the greatest place without a doubt. I came to them, not knowing who else to turn to. Even doctors were no help, at least the ones I went to. But Ruth informed me about the hormone test they have and what it does and weight loss plans, and I'm glad I did it because now I'm on a hormone that I was needing, I don’t have the symptoms that I used to, and I thank Ruth for being an amazing coach and helping me reach my milestone with my weight. I am glad I decided to go to MRC. I've lost 35 pounds total since the end of February 2024. In that time my blood pressure is now within normal limits. In addition I'm in remission for IgA Nephropathy which damages the kidneys. Even though I cannot eat as much protein due to kidney issues, I've been able to find a balance with my diet. I'm grateful for Jamie whom I meet with every Saturday to do my weigh in. She is such a sweet lady. Thank you for your guidance.
