Sandy has been a weight loss mentor for me for a few years, and she has been nothing but helpful and supportive along my journey. Everyone is so willing to give helpful advice to aid in weight loss or health goals in general. I’ve never felt judged or uncomfortable. It is a very warm, friendly environment.
