Our Sweet Tart Ice is the perfect refreshing drink for any hot summer day. It's so simple and can be made in no time flat. Did you know blueberries not only taste great but those little berries are power packed with goodness? Blueberries are packed with Vitamin C, Fiber and Manganese. This recipe can easily be transformed to fit anyone's taste buds. Try frozen raspberries instead of frozen blueberries or even switch out the MRC Wildberry Passion HNS for an MRC Lemon HNS. So get out that blender and whip up this tasty frozen treat today!

Sweet Tart Ice

1/2 c. blueberries, frozen
1 MRC Wildberry Passion HNS, prepared in 8 oz water
1/2 c. ice

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until well mixed. Enjoy!

Replaces: 1 serving carbohydrate and 1 HNS
