I lost 85 pounds in a little less than 7 months. It was and still is awesome! I was diligent about following the food recommendations and not cheating. I ate with a kitchen scale at the table. I never went hungry! It has been 7 months since and the weight is still off. I am pretty protective of my weight loss so I eat right and exercise regularly-walk and lift weights. I had tried every diet in existence and would lose some, but never enough. Then I would plateau and not lose anymore. MRC worked! But DO NOT CHEAT! You will only be cheating yourself. The support I got from MRC was priceless! I have friends who have gone the GLP-1 route and not lost weight because they didn’t have any education or support. Try MRC and don’t cheat. You will lose the weight.
