Wow, this program is amazing! For weight loss the best program out there! I came to them last year after having my baby and I lost 40 lbs in less than 4 months! The people here are non-judgmental and encouraging. There is a strong sense of support for clients. Even if one shows up two steps back for every one step forward, there is no shaming, just support to help one get back on track. I would recommend MRC to anyone who has some serious weight to lose.

Staff are awesome. Always listens to client. Make suggestions. Encourages clients. Sends positive texts when losing or not losing. Has incentives to win by losing weight. Discusses plans which are best for you. Average loss 1-2 lbs per week. Sometimes loss is more.
