After many years of numerous excuses — pregnancy, children, depression from loss of loved ones, hysterectomy, and being over 40 just to name a few, I decided I was tired of feeling exhausted and helpless, I wanted to take back control of my body instead of my body controlling me! Nearing my fifties, I decided it was now time to commit to becoming a better me. After hearing about Metabolic Research Center and their success stories I chose to start the program. The MRC team helped me discover that I did indeed have a hormone imbalance that was resulting in some of my failed attempts at weight loss. They provided me with the answers and the tools I needed to do what I thought was IMPOSSIBLE. After losing 31.5 pounds, 43 inches, and 4 sizes, I am no longer on medication for high blood pressure, I am more balanced hormonally, and I feel like I did 20 years ago!
