At the end of a long work day, I turned to pasta, crackers, and decadent breads...and eventually, all those comforting calories and carbs caught up to me. Knowing that MRC had helped me reach my goal once before, I knew I could count on them to help me again to get healthy and feeling & looking good!
Success with MRC is really quite simple. Follow your menu, track your food choices, and take advantage of your unlimited in-center support. If I had a question after hours, someone would often take the time to email, call, or text me an answer right then! Not to mention that there are so many different foods from which to choose! Personally, I LOVED the fact that cheese was on my program!
The impact of my MRC experience has been far reaching! At age 70, I’m a positive role-model at my gym, and my personal trainer uses me as an example of what can be accomplished! I leg press 230 pounds, dead lift and squat 75 pounds, and hip thrust 165! Weight loss has given me energy, a sharper mind, the ability to lift free weights, and do Zumba and Yoga five days a week! To say that I'm enjoying life so much more would be an understatement.
Seeing my results and what I was able to do even at my age, I work hard to encourage others and I suggest they give Metabolic Research Center a visit! I can’t say enough good things about them.
