Pumpkin Pie Shake

It's fall and pumpkin mania has hit! This easy pumpkin pie milkshake is a nod to all those calorie busting shakes you're seeing advertised at fast food joints. Ours has all the flavor for just a fraction of the calories...SCORE! We use MRC's Vanilla Creme Pudding HNS to provide the sweet milkshake flavor. BONUS: it's packed with 15 grams of protein to help you stay full. This shake is the PERFECT way to enjoy the flavors of the fall while still being mindful of your calorie intake.

 

We use Silk brand Almond Milk, unsweeted. It has only has 30 calories per 8 oz serving, and it tastes great. Note: any brand of unsweetened almond milk is fine. You could use a Diet Vanilla Creme Soda instead, you can find them in the specialty section on the soda aisle.

 

  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 8 oz almond milk, no sugar added
  • 1 packet MRC Vanilla Creme Pudding, protein supplement
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend in smoothie machine or blender.  

 

Makes 1 serving | Replaces; 1 creamy HNS; 1 carbohydrate
