Mexican Coleslaw

Mexican Coleslaw Recipe Ingredients:

  • 4 oz. angel hair cabbage
  • 2 oz. raw tomatoes, diced
  • 1 oz. green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 oz. green onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 packets no calories sweetener (such as Stevia)
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 TBSP each: dried cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper

Preparation:

Mix ingredients together (best if refrigerated overnight).

Servings: 1 Replaces: 8 oz vegetable serving.
