
Mexican Coleslaw
Ingredients:
- 4 oz. angel hair cabbage
- 2 oz. raw tomatoes, diced
- 1 oz. green bell pepper, diced
- 1 oz. green onion, chopped
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 packets no calories sweetener (such as Stevia)
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 TBSP each: dried cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper
Preparation:
Mix ingredients together (best if refrigerated overnight).
Servings: 1 Replaces: 8 oz vegetable serving.
