I’m going to use this all of the time!” ...and now it’s sitting in the back of a cabinet collecting dust? We promise you, you’re not alone! But it’s time to dust that bad boy off and plug it in because we’ve got a healthy and delicious waffle recipe for you!

With just FOUR ingredients, this one is an absolute breeze to make (and clean up). In fact, it will probably take you longer to find that waffle maker than it will to make this recipe! Waffles are such a fun way to start the weekend or enjoy at a Sunday brunch, and they’re highly versatile, too! Some of our favorite ways to dress a waffle include syrup and strawberries like in our picture (SHOUT OUT to Abbie in Missouri for that gorgeous and scrumptious photo!). You could also keep it simple and just top with grass-fed butter and a dollop of calorie-free syrup. Or enjoy it with a side of bacon. You could even get a little sassy with your spices and mix in some cinnamon, nutmeg, or allspice. The choice is yours, and we’d love to see what you come up with! Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs 
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 packet MRC Vanilla Creme Pudding HNS

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients with a fork. 
  2. Pour into preheated waffle maker and cook according to appliance instructions.
  3. Serve warm with your favorite toppings and sides!

Makes 1 Serving | Serving Size: entire recipe | One Serving Replaces: 1 protein and 1 HNS
