
Apple Cinnamon Cottage Cheese Rings

You'll have as much fun making these breakfast rings as you will eating them - and it's going to be a breeze. With only 3 ingredients, you'll have a fun twist on "apples and cheese" in under 10 minutes that's sweet, crisp, and a little creamy!
We've used apples as our fruit of choice here, but you could also swap apples for stone fruits like apricots and peaches or fresh pineapple rings! Running extra low on time and/or patience and don't feel like slicing your fruit into rings? While we think you'll miss out on half of the fun of this recipe, you'll still get all of the same great flavors by simply chopping your fruit and mixing everything together in a bowl - we won't judge!
Ingredients:
- 4-6 oz. low-fat cottage cheese*
- 1 medium apple
- Cinnamon, to taste

Instructions:
- Slice your apple into 1/2-3/4 inch rings and carefully core.
- Divide cottage cheese evenly among your apple rings and sprinkle with cinnamon.
