A bushel of "thumbs up" to Ashley, Jennifer, Allie, Kim and Becky! I have been following the MRC plan for a year now and have steadily been losing weight. I feel so much better and am able to get out and walk which with a bad knee was not something I was able to do when I first started. Weighing in twice a week and keeping a daily journal has kept me more focused and feeling in control of making healthy choices daily. It has been such a positive experience all along with guidance from the MRC group, recipes to try for variety and tons of support. Thanks!
