One of life’s greatest blessings is the ability to celebrate important accomplishments. Whenever you meet a weight loss goal, treat yourself to a healthy reward. Instead of diving into a bucket of chocolate ice cream, you could: 

  • Read a book
  • Get a manicure
  • Buy a new shirt
  • Get a massage

 If you’ve failed at losing weight in the past, don’t despair. Simply start over. Don’t ever give up on your desire to create a new, improved you.
