What to Do When Your Doctor's Order is to Lose Weight


Astoundingly, more than 30% of the American population is considered to be obese. Many of these people are ordered by their doctors to lose weight each year. The health consequences of being overweight are heartbreaking. A better alternative to ill-fated actions or fad dieting is to begin eating healing foods. But, it is equally important to  know how to shop for, prepare, and consume a balanced diet of real food.
