What’s the difference between Tirzepatide and Semaglutide?

Tirzepatide and Semaglutide are different active ingredients used in GLP-1 medications. Both offer similar benefits and yield similar results. Currently, we prescribe compounded semaglutide through our medical weight loss centers. We do not prescribe compounded tirzepatide due to recent changes removing tirzepatide from the drug shortage list by the FDA.

Will my local pharmacist fill my prescription weight loss medication?

No. Your prescription will be filled by one our compounding pharmacies.

DNA collection is easy and can be performed at the MRC center. A quick swab of your cheek, and you're finished. Results will be back in a few days.

How will I take the medication?

Compounded GLP-1 medications are injected by subcutaneosly either into your stomach or thigh. You will give yourself the injection at home using a insulin needle.
