Eat Lots of Real Food and Still Lose Weight
What if you were told you could eat as much as you want but still lose weight? Would you believe it? Even so, you might wonder how good could your meals taste. You also might want to find a way to do this without having to spend time counting calories.
With that in mind, you probably already know the ideal daily menu consists of metabolism-burning foods, such as chickpeas, kale, blueberries, spinach and salmon. However, you also can plan some healthy treats into your diet such as a peaches and cream smoothie mixed with the right ready-to-drink supplement. In addition, you can still eat low-fat dairy and good carbohydrates in addition to your healthy fats and lean meats.
In fact, the healthiest people are usually the ones who do eat a variety of types of foods – not just vegetables or fruit and not just meat or cheese. You need the right amount of each nutritional category on the food pyramid – proteins, calcium, dairy and vitamins. Along with that, your body needs traces of fats and sugars.
Of course, some exceptions exist for people who are on a special diet to help them improve their unique health conditions. In this case, they might eat sugar-free, low-sodium, low-carb or low-fat foods but find a way to supplement their diet to still give them the fuel required for working and living.
However, you might have a busy schedule plus health issues that require a different kind of diet and don’t always have time to count calories. If that’s you, then you can use tasty snack bars and drink mixes from the Metabolic Research Center when on the go and still put essential nutrients into your body.
