Doubt Has Many Voices

In our minds, we carry doubt. That little voice that tells you that you cannot has no power over you. You can succeed in your goal. The trick is to make little goals and then add them up to make huge successes. Today, I am going to walk for 30 minutes at lunch. Today, I am going to pack my own lunch so that I have healthy food available to me. Those kinds of little goals are worthy of celebration because they add up to make huge successes. It is difficult for that little voice to argue with you about walking for 30-minutes. You can do this if you breakup big goals into smaller tasks.
