Avocado offers 15 grams of healthy fats, fats that your body needs but do not cause high blood pressure, or other problems such as obesity. One of the primary benefits of consuming avocado is that they are a good source of minerals and metals such as copper, iron, and zinc. Avocado are naturally cholesterol free, so they make an excellent snack for those people who fight high blood pressure or who need to lower their cholesterol levels.
