The perfect sauce, dip, or marinade can make all the difference in the world! Just imagine the perfectly prepared chicken bite dipped in a slightly sweet honey mustard, or your favorite tangy wing sauce. The right condiment can take a bland piece of chicken and turn it into Sweet & Sour Chicken or Cheesy Ranch Chicken ~ delicious!

On the MRC program, when you know just what you are looking for, you can create almost anything! Below are some of our favorite seasonings, sauces, and dips.  They all fit perfectly into your MRC menu plan.


Frank’s Wing Sauce

We choose Frank’s over other brands because it packs a huge flavor, but doesn’t have lots of added sugar. Many of the wing sauces on the market have as much sugar as a candy bar-WHY?? We don’t know either. Frank’s wing sauce is perfect mixed in Ranch dressing to create a tangy Buffalo Ranch Dressing. Toss grilled chicken bites in Franks for perfect Buffalo Bites, or try the Buffalo Dip recipe in your MRC Cookbook.

Bragg’s Liquid Aminos

Salt makes things taste better because it amplifies flavor, however it can also cause problems if you have too much. Bragg’s Liquid Aminos are packed with a salty flavor, yet very low in sodium. Braggs taste like soy sauce, not “sort of like” soy sauce, nope...EXACTLY like soy sauce! Toss your chicken and veggies in a drop of Braggs for the perfect Stir-Fry Dinner. A tiny dash packs a lot of flavor, so you may want to apply in small amounts.

Kraft Zesty Light Italian Dressing

Not just a salad dressing, but a dip, marinade, and tangy topping for almost anything! On your MRC program one serving is 2 Tablespoons so if you are a sauce person and you’d like to make this stretch a bit further try adding 1 TBSP of water, or 1 TBSP vinegar. This will give you more liquid coverage without adding any calories! For tangy and tart lovers try dipping your chicken or fish in this zesty dressing. If you are not a veggie lover, toss your steamed veggies in Kraft Zesty Light Italian and you’ll find yourself loving the greens!

Is it mustard? Is it mayonnaise? No it’s a superhero condiment! Dijonnaise can be found on the same aisle as yellow mustard, usually on the very top or very bottom row. Take 2 TBSPs Dijonnaise and add 2 TBSPs Water with one packet of Stevia or Splenda and you’ve got the real deal ~ Honey Mustard Dressing!

Our Honey Mustard Crusted Chicken is one of the best recipes in the MRC cookbook thanks to Dijonnaise. It’s perfect for dipping, as a salad dressing, or baked on chicken or fish.
